Clearly poop since we are talking long term. Factoring in time for cleanup per day, changing/washing clothes and scheduling to avoid embarrassment make it quite easy.

Without Pampers, unless we are talking about a sizable dump, I feel like the poop mess will be slightly more contained over pee so long as we always wear briefs over boxers. The pee will wet your entire pants.

If we're talking about with Pampers, then pee every time. Change Pampers, wipe yourself off, continue with your day as normal.
