Recently I changed my avatar to be a picture of Chaz Bono. The intent of this was to show support and love to someone I have admired for years.

However, I a huge oversight on my part that needed to be addressed immediately.

I had changed my location and job to be #ImWithHer several months ago to show my support for presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. After the election I was so frightened and distraught, that I left that to show continued support for Hillary Clinton.

It dawned on my just now, that with the Chaz Bono avatar and the "#ImWithHer" that I was referring to Chaz Bono as a female. This was a huge oversight on my part and I apologize. I meant no ill-will to Chaz Bono and I have admired him for years. These separate items on my profile were both to show support for two different people that I admired and these items were not meant to be related.

No I will not. While Hillary Clinton had some flaws, her flaws were way outnumbered by Donald Trump's flaws. Also Hillary was a symbol of hope and a beacon of light to many young females across this great country. I would never apologize for supporting someone like that.

I think this is a little extreme. I believe I can make a bigger difference by not being banned and spending my time educating people about my error to prevent another incident from happening.
