I'm sure everyone has heard Thomas Gold's remix of Adele Set Fire to the Rain, but I hadn't heard this one before. Again Thomas Gold and Adele, this time someone like you. Pretty good mix of a song that has to be pretty hard to remix imo.

Another great find minnesotasam.

I would travel almost anywhere around the world if a promoter puts Mat Zo, A&G, Arty, Myon and Shane 54, Nicky Romero, Zedd, Romeo Blanco, Pixel Cheese, Swanky Tunes, and Cazzette on the same billing. Who's with me? I'm trying to throw my wallet at the screen just thinking about it.

Who would you guys recommend to see if you only could go to one of these shows...

Tommy Trash

ATB

Bad Boy Bill

Chris Lake

All are in similar smallish club venues. I'm relatively new to EDM live shows and have seen Sebastian Ingrosso, Aviici, Above and Beyond, and Calvin Harris live. Aviici wasn't that great but all the other shows were amazing.

I haven't seen any of 'em but I'm seeing Tommy Trash this month. When do you need to know by haha?

They are all coming up in the next 2 weeks and most likely I could only make one of the four. I'm actually to going to see Sebastian for the second time tonight, which I'm super pumped about.

My initial thoughts were to check out Bad Boy Bill since he is apparently one of the founding fathers of house music, but I can't say I've heard any of his live sets.

Don't know much about Chris Lake but I really like his track Sundown.

Haven't listened to anything by Tommy Trash but I have a DJ friend that wants to see him.

I have ATB's greatest hits collection and its pleasant stuff but nothing I'm crazy about. But then again he's a veteran and he probably plays a killer set.

I saw Bad Boy Bill at XS and I thought he was surprisingly good considering how long he has been in the game. Have seen ATB twice at festivals and thought they were really boring live but I'm not a pure-trance type guy. Don't know anything about CL. I would vote Tommy Trash, don't know much about his shows but his remixes are insanely good and it would be sure to be a fun, high energy set.

Speaking of which, if anyone likes Porter Robinson at all, his essential mix live set that was released this week is absolutely ridiculous - one of the best I have heard. By one count, 47 songs used in 60 minutes. 24k listens on just this link this week, 1 in 3 downloads.

I actually skipped Chris Lake tonight to watch the UFC instead. He came in Dec so I don't feel that guilty about it.

I guess so GTB, I just disagree philosophically about someone winning a fight by backing up 98% of the time in a 5 round fight.

how is fighting a perfect fight tactically running away or backing up?

he fought toe to toe with him except for when nick backed him up to the cage where he spun out and went back to the middle of the cage.

It's not like he was running away from him, just returning the fight to aneutral setting instead of being pinned to the cage (which is where nick diaz does ALL his damage)

Condit went to school, executed a perfect gameplan, and has the haters mad.

also, if you look at fightmetic, condit landed more punches and kicks

Yeah I know GTB, I'm a massive Diaz fan and was hoping for more pure violence in that fight is all. I enjoy watching exciting and violent fights and this was more of a technical bout from Condit. GSP has lost me as a fan for a few years now with his technical victories and excellent game plans. I respect him but I don't seek his fight outs like before. I would have loved to see a GSP vs Diaz. GSP vs Condit can put the crowd asleep with their incredibly well thought out game plans. It will please the hardcore but lose the war in the fight for more MMA fans.
