So I went to Alesso/Ingrosso at the Palladium in Hollywood on Saturday. The venue was great, low enough ceilings and small enough to feel intimate and the emphasis was clearly on dancing. You had enough space if you needed it and could get to the bathrooms/smoking balcony/bar sections very easily. Pic from above, not mine:
We showed up around 11ish, Alesso was supposedly going on then but didn't get on until closer to midnight. I was in a great state of mind by the time he got on, enjoying a cigarette on the balcony when I heard the opening riff of
"Heiress of Valentina" and ran downstairs.
The crowd was fantastic, like pretty much every EDM show I go to. Everyone dancing with everyone, smiling, having fun, and almost just as importantly, nearly everyone there seemed to really dig the genre and recognize nearly all of the songs. Alesso killed it, making sure to hit all the big ones (
"Good Love" was my personal favorite) while keeping a good tempo throughout. He closed with
"Pressure" and the place went nuts.
About 3 seconds later Ingrosso was on stage. Here's the Ingrosso set list:

He moved in and out, making cuts in the middle of tracks and bouncing back, dropping things I'd never heard, and the time flew by. Great lightwork, cool blasts of fresh air, smoke machines, blah blah blah.
Random videos my buddy shot below.
Calvin Harris - "Awooga" with "Flashback" laid over it:

(I'm the dude in the white headband without the sunglasses down, around the 1:00 mark)
At one point Angello showed up and came on stage and the place went nuts. Think he spun "The Island" but I can't really remember. Axwell's cut of
"Resurrection" was on there,
"Calling" (obv),
this awesome R.E.M./Axwell mashup (#8 on the set list), and a Laidback Luke remix of Daft Punk's
"One More Time" were probably my favorite ones but really it was just banger after banger after banger. The 3.5 hours or so just flew by, I pretty much danced the entire time.
Random picture of me and my friends at the show (I'm on the right):
