if you think about it , it involves a lot of skill and there are a lot more bad players than there are in hold'em tourneys.
most people have no concepts of hand values and the strength of their hand post flop, often drawing to just half the pot or even worse. there are a ton of really bad players in OHL so making it NL actually increases the good players edge.

the ROIs of the top players at 9-player turbo SNGs in OHL are 30% at the $16 level.
what is it in hold'em? 15% and even that is pretty rare.
