well ive always eaten like that. so i can't really say. the only different thing ive done over the past year is trying to cut out meat. mostly because i dont like it and my body feels best with fruit and vegetables in it. and somewhat because i have a theory that people get diseases/cancer/parkinsons/alzheimers/etc and stuff because of eating meat.
