I guess first come first serve hopefully you want different ones
but this is how to do it
copy paste method does not work use method #2
Download the image to your phone
then upload using option#2

I wasn't able to cap the full time without going over limit, this one is a bit over 200kb but in the 250kb limit

use option 2 for adding an avatar.
