You might consider contributing something instead of just taking.
I made another avatar for you from the second time frame starting at 3:57.
If you want it resized for other forums, you can download the Gimp (http://www.gimp.org/) and do it yourself.
Another option for resizing is http://www.online-image-editor.com/.
You can do this all online without downloading any software.

I have an issue however. When I go to apply it as my avatar, it says invalid image type.
I am right clicking the image in thread, clicking view image. Copying the HTTP:// link.
Once I copy that into the link box, it says invalid file type
I also tried saving image as, but using MAC I was unable to save it as a GIF file for someone.
