Jacky, I'd go with option C. There is no reason to treat her poorly. Give her some clarity and the respect of an explanation, let her respond, then it cut off. Nothing you say will satisfy her in the short term, so it's best not to rehash it with her multiple times. She will either want to rant or reconnect.
