since I'm here...I'm a pretty out going 19 year old except when it comes to actually talking to girls about hanging out/going on a date...I mean I talk to them and get to know them and stuff but when its time to actually ask them out I freez up...I'm not bad looking...not a nerdy virgin...and really think a few of these girls are interested I'm just scared to death to ask them...I guess most times it has something to do with me not wanting to mess up whatever relationship I already have with the person if they are not interested in going on a date

I've had good luck with just asking a girl if she wants to get together some time. Fairly open question, usually with good results. Only once have I had a girl say she wasn't interested in a relationship atm, which was fine, because I asked an open question that I was then able to wiggle around in and come out looking good. You shouldn't be holding her damn hand until there's some reason to be a chump. Worry more about keeping the conversation going and trying to grab a beer or two AFTER the game.
