Yes, but you can usually tell if its razor burn. You probably just have really sensitive skin. Try using anti bump bikini zone gel (near the shaving stuff for women). Looks like this. it helps a lot with that sort of thing.

hmmm. well the bumps are always there, shaven or not. it's not teh herp tho i've been tested. they're only present where the hair is coming out and not in spots where there isnt a folicle. is that what that gel is designed for?

Nah, they're a distinct anatomical object, search it on wikipedia (IIRC they had even mentioned that people freak out and have confidence problems because of them), hair grows out of them. I have them all over the balls and on the penus only on the base, they don't look bad through the hair but ATC's problem is that he has them up way up his peen so he has to to shave so they stand out much worse I assume.

I guess you're just screwed man. Surgery or death.
