IT made it up to my room. IT started to strip.. got the top off (ok nice) turned around (WOW). I went in for furtheer investigates n got the shock of my ilfe (rymes w shock)!!

Organic foods HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with body composition. For everyone that says not to eat carbs or eat "healthy" that simply isn't true.

You should workout with weights 3-5x per week with cardio sessions 20-30 min 3-5x per week as well. Drink lots of water. You should visit www.bodybuilding.com for more detailed information.

Examples:
Lean meats:
Turkey, Chicken, Fish, LEAN hamburger/steak
Carbs:
Bread, Potatoes, Rice, Fruits, Pasta
Fats:
Fish oil, peanut butter, etc.. [Can't think of anymore - brain fart]


TLDR,
Cliffs:
-Drink water
-Eat lean meats/complex carbs/healthy fats each meal
-Eat your BW (bodyweight x8) per day [eating to little is not right]
-Lift weights 3-5x per week
-Cardio 3-5x per week (not necessary - I don't do it)

Don't follow some stupid fad diet either.

Fwiw, people overestimate just how much weight lifting can do for increasing weight loss. And if you're working out, I would hope that the aim would be increased health over all and in which case cardio is vital.

You must have editted this out because I didn't see this. I didn't "spout" off bodybuilding info but I could if you were actually interested, which you clearly are not. People underestimate how much weight lifting can do for increasing weight loss and body composition actually. You would be surprised how much more people workout to LOOK better then to increase overall health. Hence, fad diets and tons of infomercials. They only exist because people want an easy way out. Are most of them healthy? Nope. Cardio is good for the heart, not body composition. The post was about "losing weight" not "how do I live a better, healthier, longer lifestyle".

I have read thousands of articles and scientific data as well as forums to increase my knowledge about nutrition. I might not be an expert but I am knowledgeable in the field.
