Phelps is kind of ******ed for risking as much as he did to smoke at a party with a bunch of people he doesn't know. I'd def take and sell this picture. Sure it'd make me a douche, but I'm sure I could still sleep well on my pile of cash.

lol exactly. I bet all the lil anti drug crusaders are hating this so much. Just think of the "example" he sets 4 anyone who is thinking about trying the reefer. "Hey son, if you smoke pot AND work hard, you might win 8 gold medals."

God forbid we have to tell kids to work their ****ing asses off and do w/e they want so long as they know what they want and are willing to work like hell for it.
