I got me a 2 liter of cola champagne, a bag of funyuns and a fruit roll-up in my mouth. Got a candy cigarette for after the fruit and some red hot dollars for after the cigarette. Tomorrow im gonna wake up and do it all over again, except i will include a ring-pop somewhere in there.

Hey man, thanks for asking.

Nah, I sent a letter back Cerified mail with a return reciept and I never got the receipt back. I called the post office yesterday and they said that it got there on the 18th but, no one signed for it and it's sitting in the P.O. waiting for them to pick it up. grrrr

My wife is going to give birth any minute, so I'm not thinking about this too much.. the baby is first. The missus has 170/90 blood pressure so I have to keep a close watch on things.

I intend on being two weeks late with May 1st rent on purpose to try to get this woman to talk to me.

She came to the house last week with a real estate agent and rang the downstairs tenant's bell and showed the apt. They told me that she is putting the house on the market because she can't afford to keep it.

I sat on my steps and waited for her to come around. When she did, I politely waved to her and she turned her head and ignored me and walked to the next door neighbor's house. (her father lives there)

I was like WTF, this woman treated me like I was a ****ing tree or something! She must talk this over with me, so I'm not paying rent until she contacts me properly.

We have not found a suitable place to live yet but, we honestly have only looked at three places so far.
