I've recently discussed this with my dentist, who's rated as one of the best in the country. He said it's floss, then brush, then rinse with half-mouthwash, half-water.

my last visit to the dentist his assistant wouldn't shut the f up about phillips sonicare blah blah but yeah i got one now even though she took like 40 minutes to clean my teeth because she wouldn't stop talking and like many women was incapable of multi-tasking.

it's the rolls royce of toothbrushes. the stand even shoots uv death rays at bacteria on my brush but i haven't tried it yet.

this.

i have been doing this for about a year now... now i see how goofy it is to floss after you brush.

don't dillute my mouthwash though... i use that act stuff, so i don't feel like i need to dillute it.
