), just save it to the desktop or some ****, go to zshare, hit browse, find file and click share it...if you already tried that and it didn't work its probably because its a quicktime file and quicktime has aids, if you want to post them convert the .mov files to .wmv files using any numerous free programs on the internets then upload that onto zshare
