Maybe this one? They've covered the mattress with plastic just to avoid urine stains and to make the cleaning job super easy. $15/night.

The grade of the room seems to vary very much by the city and the area of the country, but I would say that with $30 you'll get quite a good room.

Sorry I'm drunk, my English is not the best at the moment.

Here we go again, Let's explore some more of Russia's accomodation possibilities.

Moscow hotels seem to be of quite good quality (for a western minded person) and not really proper for this thread. However I found this after some search. $27/night.
