It's now been one week since the seeding process and everything is going well.

First Lavender plant has poked his head out...




AF is going strong. Sammy is growing as well. Just slower obviously. There's another one popping out. I assume that's HandsomeMan.




Onions are going strong. Morph is their leader. I will eat him when he's fully grown.




The sunflowers are going nuts.





Still nothing from the Tomato, and Strawberries.

But 4 from 6 after only a week is pretty solid, since most of them said between 1-2 weeks.

Lessons learnt - I put too many seeds in each pot. I put 5-10 in each one. Mainly because I read that only a small percentage actually grow, so to put several in each one. Also each packet seed had over 100 seeds, so I had lots to play with.

I think the only ones I only put one seed in was the sunflower. I hope so, as I can't imagine multiple sunflowers fitting in each pot.

How are you going to transplant the plants into larger containers? Seems like it's going to be a hassle with this setup.

There will be some lives lost to save the strong. I'm not liking Sammy's chances

A tomato and strawberry has come up today.

And the lavender now has 4 friends.

Not bad for several hours.

24 hours is a long time. It's been non stop crazy growth. I feel like I could actually see them growing. Each of the sunflowers have added an inch in 24 hours. It's like one of those magic cock pills JJ keeps PMing me about.

The guy on the left is FranFran. He's about 3 inches tall.



On the right of the above pics the tomatoes are going strong. Hard to believe that 48 hours ago there was nothing there. Mr.mmmKay is the one closest to us.

The Algerato haven't done an awful lot since they came out (they were one of the first ones out). Still small.

I may have jumped the gun on the strawberries There are two green things showing in the pods, but they look a lot like the Algerato. I'm not that good at controlling where my seed goes



The Lavender is going slowly...




The Lupinus are going well. AF is still leading the way. You can see he's leaning away from Sammy. Understandable. It has nothing to do with the window being on that side of the room... The guy closest to us is called Colin. He's down in the bottom corner, much like New Zealand.
