A friend of mine booked time at a racetrack some months back. Is that possible in Germany? It might be expensive, but so is defending a criminal complaint and spending time in jail.

Not in winter when the tracks are closed :/

But well, there is plenty of advice I should have listened to. I messed up at about every occasion. I made the immense mistake of telling the truth. If I would have shut my mouth this would not have happened.
I'm paying a steep price for the joy I got from trolling the judge.

If there's anything to take from this thread, it's:

Don't talk to the cops, whatever you might think is a very good plan right now ... just don't.

Absolutely good advice, he started talking thinking hey I'll cooperate and they'll get me for speeding or racing, but they took that info and rolled it into organizing an criminal event and now 2.5 years ? ****ing insane. I watched some woman get 9 years for multiple meth possession charges today, prison is kind of a bad idea unless someone has been injured imo.

The greatest form of control is where you think you're free when you're being fundamentally manipulated and dictated to. One form of dictatorship is being in a prison cell and you can see the bars and touch them. The other one is sitting in a prison cell but you can't see the bars but you think you're free.
