I'm going to prison for speeding.

I just finished a project that took me way over a year, getting an BMW M3 CSL, replace the original engine and fit in the massive 510bhp V10 from the M5/M6. After some tuning from Kelleners it has 560bhp that meet only 1420kg (3130lbs).



Well, I have quite a history for speeding in Austria and Germany as I'm a huge car degen and try to get on a racetrack as often as I can. Usually once a month.



As there's nothing more fun in the world than driving such a monster with RWD in the snow on a serpentine mountain road, I regularly meet with others to do some illegal racing.



We usually meet at Sundays, 5am, pool together about 1000€ for a new set of tires for the winner, have one car at the start and the finish of our "track" to immediately stop the race whenever someone enters the "track" and measure the lap times.



Only once in 1.5 years we had to stop a race because someone entered the "track". No one lives even close to that road, sometimes people need to pass the mountain tho, but usually not 5am-6am on weekends ...



Well, this time it was a police car tho and they quickly realized what all those fancy cars at 5am in the middle of nowhere on one the most beautiful roads in Europe do.





Because of my history with speeding and the fact that they have to assume that we did organize an illegal race, the judge thought that 2.5 years in prison were appropriate.
Right now my lawyer appeals on facts and law, but I can only really expect that I get away with 1.5 years.

No rape and buttsecks in Austria's prisons if you're not a bitch or you seriously mess up somehow. It's more like the dirtiest and cheapest motel with locked doors and bars instead of windows.

Variance: A few weeks ago, someone was sentenced to 2 years in prison for rape of a 17 year old boy, seriously.


My only thoughts so far were like "wtf, I don't even ..."

So, if the lawyer doesn't manage to bail me out, you won't hear from me after January for quite some time.

The weird thing is, I'm not even angry or depressive aorn. I guess I'll start to realize that when I get sober ... besides some drug using and speeding, I didn't do anything really bad in the past 28 years.

I speak 4 languages fluently, I'm self employed in the IT industry making good money and never ever drove a car while drinking/smoking.

It was a 17yr male prostitute who agreed to oral sex for money but then received surprise buttsecks by said 54yr old male.

2.5 years is sick and nowhere near reasonable in my opinion... did you flee the scene? can u get probation if you get under 2 years? (at least in germany it's that way...)
