04:30 cleaning the room(if i find dirt you will get pushups to no end)
05:00 small early marsh (20 miles with full equipment)
08:00 sport, 3x running threw the barracks, after that pushups to no end
09:00 Formal training: stand at attention, snappy salutation, stand at attention, marsh, stand at attention
11:00 education: Why is the USA decadent?
12:00 lunch
12:30 get your asses on the ground! we crawl threw the mud. macegrenade shelling, followed with ABC-gasmaks pushups to no end
15:00 afternoonsport. 3x running threw the barracks, after that pushups to no end

this is of course the beginnerplan. After 2-3 weeks you need to reduce your sleeping to 2 hours a day or you will be useless for me.
