yes the hiv one is allowed to be negative, which is actually very often considered a positive result

Four years @ roughly 30k/year = 120k, then living expenses roughly 1k/month x 48 months, then interest

Cardiovascular pharmacotherapy focusing on dyslipidemia and hyptertension with an emphasis on guidelines and studies.
