I wasn't influenced by the Russians, were you?
you should be upset someone attacked our country. real Americans are upset a foreign power ATTACKED our institutions. i don't care what we have done or what everyone probably does. Americans should not settle for whelp! happened to us, nothing to be done, lets put our heads in the sand like the right has been suggesting. but sadly a subset of the country doesn't care that another country got the best of us because it helped their private agenda of enriching the upper class and ****ting on poor and minorities. what happened to the right's AMERICA FIRST crap, when you dont even want to protect the actual country from a foreign power.

even if we just limit the influence to fake facebook posts/memes and the like, which is definitely not the only interference. just because you believe you weren't influenced which im not willing to rule out, you dont think anyone was influenced??

you realize that advertising is a 200 billion dollar a year industry just in the USA, if no one is ever influenced by this stuff why are companies spending hundreds of billions of dollars a year to do it? oh, its probably because people by and large are actually influenced by it. and some people probably believe every conspiratard meme they get about benghazi and seth rich.

i mean half of republicans think that their candidates are going to actually help their healthcare needs when the candidates routinely vote to cut all of it as soon as they get in.. false advertising works.

1. slighted, please explain how America's poor and minorities have been **** on under GOATump worse than what would YOU would have expected under hillary... Please use facts instead of your feelings.

2. You are right that IF russia spent a ~billion in advertising dollars they could have influenced our election. However, this isn't to say that russia illegally influenced our election more than the illegal immigrants in the US.

3. The reasons I don't care Russia (and likely other countries) effected our election is because their effects are minimal in terms of the amount of influence they have on our elections and because I think their interests are better aligned to American interests (specifically the middle class) than liberal Americans.

but since i have some inherent need in me to combat stupidity on all fronts.

a super obvious answer to your actual #1 question that you would find if you did even the slightest bit of actual reading. SNAP benefits. every republican budget including trump's proposes massive cuts to SNAP to **** over poor people.

here's one link that i found in literally 5 seconds. https://www.moveforhunger.org/propos...snap-benefits/

That's assuming he has an IQ that is equivalent to the national average.

I'd put 500 nickels at that being incorrect. The line is set at 99.5, I'm taking the under.

I read your article until I ran into this gem: "In 2015 alone, SNAP lifted 4.6 million people out of poverty. SNAP is essential to fighting hunger in America." lol at saying SNAP got 1+ person out of poverty.

That article was written in 2017 and doesn't take account for GOATrump's tax cut and the millions of people who got jobs because of it. It also doesn't account for the wage growth (that I have never seen prior in my life) we will see over TRUMP's first 4 years (which will primarily come from the poor and middle class).

feel free to cite any of the things in this post of all your FEELINGS of what the tax cut did or didnt do, or what you FEEL snap does or doesn't do. or a wage chart that shows that the economic growth hasn't already been on a steady incline since the recession. i will cede to you the fact that trump hasn't FUBAR'd the economy as badly as people thought he might pre-election.

Dial back the drama a little bit - this is just the way the real world is.
I don't like or accept it, and hopefully we learn from this and are prepared in the future.

Saying snap doesn’t get people out of poverty isn’t a feeling. Nobody gets a handout from the rich (via the government) and is all of a sudden out of poverty. That is what jobs do.

2-3 weeks after the tax cut I posted a link itt that listed all the companies who gave most or all of their low/middle class type employees a raise or a bonus. If I remember correctly it was 100+ companies.

The economy was growing under obama... at the slowest rate it has ever done after a recession. Go read any article where an economist talked about future gdp growth during that time and almost all of them say 2% gdp growth is the new norm and it isn’t changing anytime soon.

Go back to watching CNN - I am sure in the next week they will mention at least once "HEY everyone look. China raised a tariff on a product. BOOM. More proof China is beating trump."

The reason I know Trump has the best interest of the average American in mind is because his PAC raised $26 million from big companies.

An overwhelming majority of companies do better off when America is doing well so this is probably one of the dumbest talking points we see pre-election time.
