What is your opinion on vegetarian/vegan diets? Do you think they will always be alternative or do you think they will soon become the norm?

To clarify, I do not find vegetarian and vegan diets to be silly. I think they're great as long as certain vitamins and minerals are acquired via fortified foods and supplements.

I would recommend eating at least B12 and possibly all of the other B vitamins as well.

Maybe even EAD and K

EAD, K? Fat soluble vitamins.
