I like how you write your fake conversations. They have a good aura of authenticity.
I like the way you played out the 'i should get her to bring the food here' thing. Good structure.

The mail box line was comedic. The heelies stuff was funnier the first time - 6 months ago.

But, proceed good sir. The story is fun so far.
