A tattoo artist I talked to once has a sign that said something like, "Touchups free UNLESS you use Neosporin." I asked about it and he said that basically tattoos are intentional scars, and since Neosporin is an anti-scar treatment, it fades tattoos. He may have been full of it, but maybe it'll make the laser removal/coverup/whatever easier.

Go to the tattoo artist and threaten to sue him, and ruin his practice, get his license suspended/revoked, etc.

Hopefully you can get him to pay for tattoo removal, or if YOU want (Read: Not your crazy ass friends who treat you like a little puppy to torture) to get the tattoo drawn into something else.

As far as you friends go? I would personally never see them again, however that shouldn't be YOUR style here. You should ask for advice on how to torture them back in this thread and get payback. Chinagambler style.
