there's 15 contestants left. big takeaway from the recent ep is that colton was mean to caitlin in how he dumped her. he's not forced to breakup with any of them individually, that's what the rose ceremonies are for. there was an awkward moment where he used simpleton words that had some entendre and she kind of laughed at him. colton then said he wasn't feeling it, snapped his fingers and she was gone. walking out he tried holding her hand and she refused.

It's already written in stone that Demi is going to Bachelor in Paradise. Hannah G seems the most invested. I like how the palindromes last initials code to their personalities.

Cast update:

Nicole run over by an Onyeka freight train. Both sent home after bickering at one of Colton's cocktail parties. Elyse asked Colton if he has mature feelings for her and he responded saying he didn't know what mature feelings even are! I think Elyse overplayed the disappointment, "This is breaking mah heart...." Yeah, okay, right.

Sydney left on her own accord. She asked Colton why he doesn't challenge her or talk to her like he does with some of the other girls. He replied with some Bachelor speak and vaguely said "she just aight" - she went home.

Demi went to Colton's hotel to jump his bones. She told him she was falling in love with him, he replied that he can't see her being at the end of the show, and sent her home in tears. If I wasn't so parasitic and unappealing I'd reach out on instagram and let her know that she seems like an excellent partner in crime.

Katie was the sole loser of the recent rose ceremony. She begged him to understand that she had a lot more to offer than the time she was afforded; Colton says he didn't get enough out of her in comparison to the other girls [note: Colton was forcing down a smile. This happens too often to not consider him to have serious mental issues.] While I don't think Katie did enough to stand out, Colton is showcasing a formulaic approach approved* by The Disney Corp and it is slowly soul crushing all of the contestants.
