this gets tricky imo

hash and weed have the same main chemical/drug, delta9-THC, (along with many other cannibinoids, obv), one is just more processed

opiods, take just morphine and heroin, for instance, although very similar and derived from the same plant, are different chemical compounds

whoever chose benzos tried to make it clear that he wanted all benzos off the board, but the same issue could have come up with those

the hallucinogenic/misc drugs get even trickier, as hundreds compounds of varying similarity exist, but when it comes to natually occuring hallucinogens, i don't think people would say that lsd would take mushrooms or mescaline off the board

i would say look at what chemical/plant isolate starting ingredient they are produced from to eliminate others in that category

OR say that all unique chemical compounds are allowed -- heroin, oxys, morphine all allowed then, also other benzos would be allowed then but hash/weed still would conflict imo, both having the same main ingredient still

it's pretty grey area, though, imo
