my goal is to win the wsop main event. at the moment i'm having trouble playing 5+ hours of a live $100 mtt. I am fatigued badly. I don't want to drop $1500 just yet on a bigger live mtt that plays for 12 hours on day 1 and probably just as long on day 2.
Would performing cardio help me stay sharp? what sort of diet is best?
I am still playing the $100 live mtts and getting the practice in.
also theres going to be thousands of players in the main event. should i play online micro mtts on stars? I could stop working mondays and play the sun million too for practice for the main event.
