That gbmantis guy for sure knows how to spazz with any two cards. Same for alot of brazilian guys, worst spewmonkeys on the site for sure with couple of russians close up behind.

Shoving any two from the button or SB versus BB is so 2005 its ridicilous, yet alot of people refuses to adjust, pretty mindblowing. It used to work good and being big +EV when people didnt have a clue how to create a proper callingrange- but in 2015 its just looks like a joke when these guys shoves like 9-2 or 6-3 and getting snapcalled with Q10 by guys who knows that is the nutz.

Yes telling bad regs how to get better is an awesome plan.

There is also a Brazilian guy with uncle scrooge avatar (cant remember his nick exactly) who is pretty funny and punts stacks like a pro when he blows up. His nick is something like "tiupathinios" but cant remember exactly.

These lists are kind of fun but I think it's impossible for anyone to know because the variance is too high for results to matter and we all have limited sample sizes of hands on one another. Also, unless you're very good yourself how do you know what top looks likes? I remember in 2008 I thought Ducku sucked because he called 25s in the BB vs. my BU minraise. Now I think that call's standard. 4 years ago's standard is today's leak. One thing I've learned is to keep an open mind, and if I think a reg is doing something poorly try to figure out how they're winning in spite of their "leak."

People always ask me who the best is, and I really don't know, it's not what I look for. There are definitely some guys I think are solid, some who hold over me etc. But... I don't even know what the question is asking. Is it who is most +EV vs. the field, who adjusts the most deep, ICM knowledge, who beats fish the best, who is "toughest," who has the most theoretical knowledge? I could easily make a list of regs who I think are the most exploitable (who ironically are in many people's top lists) but it's a lot less common for me to think "wow, they really played that well" because my main goal when playing is to look for ways to alter my base strategy to exploit frequencies that are off. Anyway, I think if the question was "who is most +EV vs. your average sunday million field" the answer to that question would be a lot different than "who is actually good at poker" or "who has the biggest edge on other regs."

These lists really end up being just lists of who has run hot recently and who people talk poker on skype with, whose in the same stable/country etc. It'd be cool if we could have ratings like chess but it's not possible... I wonder if post-ante evbb/100 over large sample sizes and w/ different stack depths could answer the question? doubt it since abi, turbo ratio etc. really affect that as well.

It kind of sucks because it's difficult to have an accurate self-assessment as well. No clue where I'd rate myself, hopefully in the top 50.

Anyway, just searched my name, saw I was on a list (thanks), started thinking about the question and decided to ramble a bit.

I think the best way should be split 50/50

1- evbb/100 over large samples
2- positions on final tables, i.e. If guy has 500 top 3s but only 100 1st then he probably isn't a "killer"

So many players who have low win rates but can absolutely destroy a tournament with 3 tables left which is very important thing.
