Hello poker people!
By the name of thread You can probably understand what we will be talking about in here.

So, I'm looking to join or create a micro stakes MTT study group, up to 5.5$ buy in. We could meet up twice or trice a week to go over some hand history, goals, strategy, achievements, or maybe even milestones. The main goal will be to grow poker wise and get up the stakes as fast as possible with minimum loss.

A bit about my poker experience:
Been playing poker for more than 10 years. Mostly just feeding my bankroll to software and some fish that gets lucky some times. Started to learn real poker strategy 2 years ago and that was the moment I started to realize that there is a lot to learn and i suck at poker with my mindset and the way that i play. Bought some books about 6max nl (had some fun with them) started to check videos on youtube and gather information about poker strategy. Tried my luck at cash game tables. Had some crazy swings up and down. Got up to Nl25 got reckless and lost my bankroll there. After that, decided to try my luck at MTT. Been doing some damage at partypoker tables. Converting from CG to MTT was not that simple cuz of the EV and equity and all the other fancy math things we use at the cash game tables "don't get me wrong, I'm still using a lot of things that i used at CG, but it is a bit different"

Me, myself and I!
Currently I'm 28 years of age (yeah, i know that it's illegal to gamble if you're not 18, but f*** that ) I'm form Latvia, so my time zone is +2. My profession is service industry - bartender, waiter, manager, electrician, janitor etc. As all of the restaurants are closed because of the pandemic situation, I have more time to sharpen poker skills and do some grinding.

So guys, for this to work, we need at least 3 but not more than 5 grinders that will take this sh*t seriously! And are ready to spend some time analyzing hand history and sharing their goals with one another.

I am a micro stakes MTT player based in London. I have played c.140k hands over the last few month with a winrate all in adjusted of 17bb/100 hands. I have followed 500 buy ins bankroll management and I have managed to climb from $2-3 per buy in to $6-7. It has been very exciting to see the progress, although probably not as fast as I would have liked but some things just take time.

I have spent countless hours reading articles from Upswing Poker and watching videos and hands analysis. Mainly learning from Doug Polk and Miikka Anttonen but also a bit from Nick Petrangelo.

Hi, i just joined 2+2 and saw this. I am very interested to join. I startet about 1 year ago playing actively and working on my game regularly. I started playing 0,50 cents and 1 dollar tourneys. I could build a bankroll and justet started playing 7,50s and some 11$ Tourneys.

I am as new as they come. I am stil learning some of the rules of the game.

Well, you should be familiar with pokersoftwares like - HRC, PT4 or HM, Equilab, and further on with piosolver. If you're ready to put in some extra work on that end, and catch up quickly, everything should be fine. I gave out my discord tag, just find me on discord and we can talk some more.
