Call. He might well have an overpair and think he's good. He might have TT and we are ripping him off. Of course watch out for a fourth diamond or the board pairing. But villain has only few diamond combos in his range, I feel still ahead.

I would have bet the turn myself. No reason to stop betting, especially considering that you have a diamond blocking the flush. As played, I would have checked jammed the turn and never fold. Check call is also fine.

We cannot be betting the flop and check/fold the turn with the straight and a diamond blocker.

Villain could have had AA with a diamond. Trapped A5, 65, A set, etc.
