Staking question - what if staker runs out of money? Staking question - what if staker runs out of money?

Hello,

You have been working with staker for years without issue making profit for you and him but for some reason (for example big unexpected expenses) your staker says he need some time to get money to continue stake you.

What is reasonable time frame for staker to allow get money to continue stake you?
How to approach staker who is out of money about him needing drop you at some point if he can't get money?
(Note that you have been working with staker for years now)

What if staker allows you to play on your own/get another stake while trying get funds. Are staker entitled later when he gets funds to continue stake you with all MU you was into before you started play on your own/got another stake.

Just wondering what others think about hypothetical situation.

Thanks.

Contract breaches always put the onus on the other person, however the staker clearly has breached his duties as a staker, so it's really up to the stakee to how he decides to treat him.

It comes down to talking to the staker and seeing what happened, but obviously if he's a good and loyal guy, I'd give him as much leeway as possible (if money is needed, you have to do what you have to do though).

I can't really foresee many situations where it is reasonable for him not to be forced to drop you. He was staking without the proper capital and that's his own mistake. If you have had a good relationship and it was some super weird freak incident that somehow caused this then I guess you could be nice and try and help him out. But for the most part he either needs to drop you or find someone willing to buy your makeup from him who can then continue to stake you.
