I don't know where to go or how to get help with this problem. SnapShove's "Contact Us" form won't allow you to send a question as it says an error has occurred every time you try to fill the form out. I've tried contacting them on Twitter but it's been 3 days and I have not heard back.

I bought SnapShove Pro when it first came out, what a couple years ago now? And then I was charged an $8.49 subscription fee a couple weeks ago when their upgrade was released. It says that existing Pro users will have lifetime access to core features, but over the past week, I have not been able to use training mode. It says that I've reached my daily limit of three questions. I've tried restoring purchases and fetching my subscription and it still doesn't work.

I''ve spent AT LEAST an hour trying to contact SnapShove for support on this. Anybody have any other ideas? Do they monitor these forums at all? Should this post go in a different place?

I had the same problem and Max was very helpful via twitter @max_silver ... The problem i am now having is the App won't do any Calculations. Doesn't matter what i enter shove, call etc etc players, sizes, it goes to the calculation page when i click calculation the page is titled calculation and its blank.

reinstalled this morning. still get a blank page when i click on calculate. doesn't matter if its calling or shoving. i enter the data click on calculate it goes to the appropriate page (the page is titled) shove calculation or call calculation, and is blank white under the title.

I use snapshove on my iphone. I dont have snapshove pro. But is there a way to prevent everytime i turn on snapshove, that i dont need to click next or skip everytime on when its on the reshove, subscription and big blind ante screen?


Also when does it always revert to fraction in ante/big blind? I need to change it to percent each time. Any way to fix this when everytime you open it, its defaulted your way?

Max is there any way you could put the old paid pro version(the one we were using) back up on the Play store until every thing gets sorted!

Everytime you open snapshove, your default settings are not saved.


Everytime you open snapshove, it has those 3 messages of reshove, subscription and big blind ante. You have to click next each time and then done.


Then the ante/big blind is showed in fractions every single time. You need to change it to percentage, then change it back to fraction, then percentage everytime you use it. This is ridiculous.


Also on the top corner, you have to click that each time you want to shove, call or reshove. The whole configuration is horrible.


When is this going to be fixed? The old config was much better. Of course it did not save the default settings. How does this problem not have this option to save default settings?

I think i figured out what's wrong with snapshove with just a little reverse engineering thinking. It looks like i got mine working now.

I tweeted max and have heard nothing back. "Contact Us" on snapshove is not working, "restore purchases" is not working, and Max is ignoring everyone's tweets. Company is acting very unprofessional about their very dysfunctional product.

You need to change the ante percentage every single time as well when opening it. Why can't they fix this? Why would anyone do size of ante in fractions?


Also they seem to charge a monthly fee for more features.


Why can't they fix an easy issue?

And also fix the issue where I paid for their product, and like many other people have not been given access, and they're ignoring all messages from us. Not fixing a bug is annoying of course, but that's negligence whereas my issue is borderline theft.

Are they seriously not answering messages? You meet their email or twitter or which? This is ridiculous if true since they seem to offer a monthly fee if you want the advanced version of it.

"Contact Us" on the snapshove website doesn't work. They did not respond to my facebook message, and also did not respond to my DM to snapshove twitter or my DM to max silver's twitter. It's unfortunate how untrustworthy poker players are in general.

That is disgusting then. The thing is if it was a software that doesn't have updates, i could sort of understand it a bit. But they offer a monthly service where you can use certain add ons in their program.


Are there not many others complaining about this to them? That is ridiculous they are not responding to any of these things.

There are others complaining (you can see complaints on Max Silver's twitter), and some people have even said that he helped them on an individual basis (which he shouldn't be praised for, he's giving people what they've already purchased). He's ignoring me and many others however, I messaged him on Oct. 7 and he's been constantly active on twitter in the meantime. So it's clear he's content with his customers giving him money and getting nothing in return. How can someone who isn't a scumbag know that a large portion of his paying customers have not been given their product, but not do or say anything to address the issue?

Pretty frustrating ive been having a lot of basic problems like you guys have, I love the app but it has def been pretty annoying and much of a hassle using lately. Because nothing has been fixed i also tweeted max a few times and he said things would be fixed in the next few updates but they haven't.
