So, out of the 23 hands I played with this guy, it was clear really quickly that he was running like a god. Not only that, but he was playing like a total donk on the final table (which is not too surprising, since it was a $400gtd), open limping, limp jamming AK, and overbet jamming about 5 hands previous to this one.

I think the call here may be technically correct, and considering that villain has been regularly jamming to push people off pots (never showing down), that makes me feel okay with a call. But at the same time, the field is so weak and we hold a nice stack -- so a fold might be better. I really couldn't figure out what hands would take this line either (from a logical player), since most sets would 3bet here, etc.

Any advice?

I'd raise more on the flop. Call the turn check-jam. He can still have heaps of draws and one pair Ax.

I agree, this could even be him getting tricky with AK/AQ.

He's way too weighted to draws. The best hand I think he'll show up with here is A7, since Ax will at least raise pre a decent % of the time. Straights and sets will be pretty rare, since 77-99 will raise pre and two pair/straights might reraise the flop on a wet board. I guess he can have JT once in awhile, but he probably wouldn't check-jam hands this strong, he'd check-raise to a smaller amount.
