One of your moderators, Pudge714, publicly called Shaun Deeb an "attention whore" in a thread. "Whore" is an insult typically directed at women rather than men, and thus calling Shaun a whore is an insult not just to him but to women everywhere. I also can't help but feel that this word was deliberately chosen due to Shaun's heroic participation in the WSOP Ladies' Event.

Please de-mod him immediately.

Deeb had to run it by his PR team and lawyers obv. Apparently they had 3 monkeys and an orangutang working round the clock.

Of more concern to me is who can see the delayed webcast streams that are being/about to be introduced in some events.

Given that the tournament circus is quite incestuous I can see some of that info leaking out, if not for pay, then out of "friendship" relationships or whatever.

Dont let ppl stand behind u even if they have id/reporter status, ask them to move or get someone to move them. Dont tell reporters etc your cards if they ask later. Be skeptical of everyone. Havent played much live recently but doesnt it work to build a wall of chips then have your cards in front of the chips and look over and down to squeeze? Then someone would have to be looking right over your shoulder to see anything. Not going to work at tv table obv, but then you should be more protected anyway.

Presumably deeb is too busy playing nl sd h/l draw live somewhere to update but were they relaying the info live or after the event to other players at the table? I would imagine the latter has gone on for years, so be careful ppl.

He has the gift of not only spelling things incorrectly, but somehow managing to make those spelling mistakes completely change the original intent of his message.

A couple years back I was at one of the WSOP secondary feature tbls. During a break I was told by our dealer that the spectators sitting above us railing the main feature tbl in the "balcony/stadium" seating(who were actually turned around to face/rail our tbl) can see the players cards on that side of the tbl. I believe they still have the feature tbls set up this way and it really should be changed. No spectators should be sitting above any tbl that close. Obv a separate issue from the media but one I feel should also be looked into.
