My ROI is currently 70% thru 1,343 games, but I dont really know what is considered an adequate sample size or even a good ROI% for MTTs. (I've attached a link to my graph below.)
I know he's aware that I took down a Main Event which, at the time, was the largest tournament in Ignition's history ($500K gtd). I also know that he knows about my dominance this past March in which I had five 5-figure cashes (over $100K net). In fact, it was in early April that he offered to cross-stake....
My questions: 1) Do you think he's he trying to take advantage of me, or is he honestly just trying to reduce his variance? 2) When players cross-stake, do they typically compare stats like ROI? 3) Is it standard for a player with considerably better stats to receive even-odds on a cross-stake???
You're obviously really talented. I know 1343 games is a small sample, but 70% plus your 100k in march spread out over a few tournaments. You can know if you maintain, after the right sample size, you'll be fine. There is no 70% over 1343 unless you're worth following.
