If you played in a $1000+$100 tournament with 3% withheld for dealers, so $970 went to the pool, and 12.5% of players cash, what would you want the min cash amount to be:
A) $1500
B) $1750
C) $2000
D) $2200

If a major tournament venue/brand has an unpopular min-cash amount, then they might be inclined to change it to the player's preferred choice if they have proof that it is what the players want.

I voted even though I don't play live poker and have never played a tournament of that big of a buy in before. What is the standard pay out in a live mtt for a min cash twice the buy in?

It will vary based on number of players paid. If 10% are paid, generally twice the buyin. If 15% are paid, then generally 1.5 times the buyin.
