As some of you may know, there was a Sunday Million Live held at King's Casino in Rozvadov, Czech Republic.

There were also Online Day 1s where you could qualify for the Live Day 2.

Info from their website:
"Play your Day 1 online and if you qualify you are automatically in the money! You'll also get the minimum cash amount of €400 credited to your account to help you get to Rozvadov."

This wording is somewhat ambiguous. Are these €400 for covering your traveling expenses or what...?

As it turned out, that was not the case and the €400 were the Min-Cash. So if you busted right away, you basically had to go home sort of 'empty-handed'.

I laddered up some pay jumps what actually covered my traveling expenses but I think a few players had a quite long journey there (fly in, rental car, hotel, etc.).

In my opinion, their info should have been clearer:
"Play your Day 1 online and if you qualify you are automatically in the money! You'll get the minimum cash amount of €400 credited to your account in advance to help you get to Rozvadov."

What do you guys think...?

meh i think its pretty clear honestly. i guess if you rly want to read into it that pokerstars will give away 400€ extra for travel expenses per player that gets itm it would be quite a stretch. also i think before regging it (or in the lobby, not sure) it said that you would have to play day 2 live at rozvadov and that you shouldn't register if you dont want to do that. if stars would have intended to cover people's travel expenses it would've surely been worded differently.

Agreed, it seems fairly obvious that they are just giving you the 400euro in advance so that people can get there to play. Their wording could have been better and maybe they shouldn't have used the world "also" and made it more obvious it was an advance payment.

My first thought was 400e plus expenses but as the people before me explained that seems unlikely from PS. Te wording is terrible and missleading

Seems clear they auto credit the min cash to your account to help with travel expenses but spose can understand why you would think it was additional travel funds like a live satty. Bad wording for sure but nothing shady going on here with stars for once imo.

Don't think it's misleading at all tbh

I agree that normally it should be pretty clear that the €400 you get credited are in fact the Min-Cash. Two weeks prior to the event, when there were only like 800 Day 1 online entries, Stars also started offering satellites with ten €215 seats added multiple times a day, costing them €5K+ every day. So I thought that Stars might be taking some desperate measures to stimulate the Day 1 online traffic and increase people's interest to travel to Rozvadov. Better pay some people their traveling expenses than swallowing a €500K overlay. Probably was just wishful thinking from my side...
