More rake is better...

Getting pretty annoyed with disconnecting now for the 3rd day in a row mid session and losing all my timebanks.
No it's not my internet, it's the client.

Just comparing ggpoker $10 special vs stars big 11 ft payouts last night, big 11 had 1500 more players but yet 9th-4th paid more on the gg final table, amazing.

Got locked out of my account today with an error "Internal Error 674/1064" and it said to contact support. I'm unable to login and I'm blinding off. So I was able to login to Stars on a web browser and use their live chat support feature. It was a virtual assistant, not a real person, but it responded quickly and fixed the problem. Bots have come a long way in a short time. Very impressed.

Left start 2 y ago for :Bad payouts,leduce late reg = less grt,increased hidden rake ,removing a lot of good tourneys, 0 rewards ,0 listen to player,software became worse.Have a chance to comeback IF: Payouts back to normal,rake reduced to normal,listen to players .I wrote this because ik stars employees watch the thread maybe they get all the feedback and after 2-3 years they get their things right again....until then they can miss my rake for...ever.

I stopped playing as much on pokerstars due to the payouts, listen to the customers, 13% for a winner on an mtt is a disgrace. listen to the players ffs

Big fields tournaments -13% isnt a problem but 3-9 payouts are disgrace when u think they beat 99.9999% of the field .Nowadays u must be top 2-3 and make deal ,then u get 6-7% ....With so many places paid ....Greed isnt good when its so obv.

We still need a "Daily Duel" version of the Saturdays Duel in the schedule. There is a lot of demand for a tournament like this.

I also think that the new badges (SCOOP, EPT, WCOOP,...) are a good addition, but the button for them shouldnt be on the table. It should be in the settings instead. I also think that there should be badges for smaller tournaments like for example for winning a "big", "hot", "bounty builder" and maybe even things like "won 100 tournaments" or "played 10 000 tournaments" or something else. Most people love archivements to brag with, especially casual players.

Stuff like that gives more incentive for casual players to play poker.

I also think that pokerstars should start to be more creative. Maybe try some new monetarisation systems out. For example merchandise which can be bought in the client (not only via Starscoins, but also with our bankrolls) or stuff like a "Season Pass", where people can farm exp by playing tournaments/cg and unlock different tiers with different rewards like for example new table designs/card designs/table sounds/special titles which appear below the name of a player/tournament tickets or even NFTs.

Pokerstars is lagging behind when it comes to new innovations. Right now the only site which does a lot of innovations is GGPoker.

Stars also still needs a staking feature which is implemented in the client (like GGPoker already has).

I don't either, it used to be an option but i think they have removed it.

Yes,on Aurora and i had this option until like 2 days ago.I didnt use it because it helped me figured out which tournament is bigger

Thanks, I will try it. Hard to play 6+ tables now with Aurora, it goes superfast but mixed with lag, so you get 2-4 decision in like 1-2/s. Impossible to follow the game or look up info?

I recently came back to Sweden from Montenegro and thought my faster internet will help but its even worse. Slow/laggy was better than fast/laggy. Hahah its prolly time to change site/move volume.

Looks like player text got bigger size after last update, thats good atleast.

When I bust a satellite mtt a box pops up showing other satellites to the target tournament. This disturbs me greatly and gets in the way of other tables and even doesn't close when I click close sometimes.

Is there a way to disable it from popping up when i bust?

I have Stars Caption too if there is a way to do it using that.

Alright it needs to be said. I dont mean to disrespect the new graphics engine but holy **** it is a piece of ****. It looks good but the performance is a joke.

It crashes on me daily, at least every 5-10minutes. I used to be able to grind 20-40 tables no problem now i cant even 1-2 table properly.

I've tried altering the aurora graphics engine to low-high and disabling other features but it doesnt stop crashing. Im using fiber optic internet too.

Heres an idea. Keep the aurora graphics if u want but at least allow the setting of old graphics too @pokerstars

Not sure if you can disable it, but agree it's incredibly annoying/tilting when you have a bunch of tables going. Shits me every time it pops up.
