When a customer opens up the client, there should be a pop-up that warns him about these changes... Posting this sh.t only on 2+2 or on your f.ing blog is deceiving

this is a legit complaint. The main lobby originally displayed tournaments in the form $A+$B (where A is the buyin and B is the rake), whereas now it just $C (where C=A+B).

So a $27 mtt was previously displayed as $25+$2, and there was a clear and unambiguous distinction between the buyin and the rake. Nowadays we just see $27 and it's only once you open up the individual tournament lobby and seek out the information that you discover it's $24.55+$2.45. This lack of transparency enables Stars to increase rake without a good portion of the customer base even knowing it's happening, and that's a problem.

The most effective way to deal with this is Just withdrawing your roll and keeping it at a Minimum ! that creates a shortage of Cash flow on their Part and this will be more noticeable than anything !

And yeah that bar graph and their blog/article are a complete joke. A very narrow thing that they have selected to do that with, where it still somehow makes them look favourable over others.
It's a shame that most rec players won't properly think about how they've skewed it or think about the other aspects of it that they haven't included in a comparison/ in graph form, where it's not in their favour. I assume most just take it at face value and not think about it too deeply.

Yeah I agree this is a serious problem. Like they're just trying to pull the wool over people's eyes. And make people blindly pay more and just hope that they do without realising or looking into it. Equivalent to the metaphor of constantly heating a frog in a pan.
Their non-transparency is seriously disgusting.

They cant even proof read mass emails these days.

Makes sense with the average customer support response i receive to a query just randomly select a template response and hope it covers the topic.

I'm the last person to complain about stars rake. I never complained about turbo or psko rake before. But these recent changes are total bull**** and especially when you combine them with all the VIP changes. All I can say is Stars better pray poker does not get regulated in the US anytime soon or 888/Party gets big enough and they actually have to start competing again. Changes this brutal can only happen in a marketplace with little to no real competition. Back in the old days with FTP and stars this would be a suicide move by stars but now they realized they can get away with this ****.

I reckon that it will show up on the FT Replay when it is put up in the lobby, that's if stars doesn't delete Lee's comment's during the replay.
