They have "live" support open in the client and they have always been really helpful with regards to any issues I brought up with them.

They've sent me excel sheets with my tourneys broken down by different type, etc upon request.

Maybe their email support replies slower than in the past but with the addition of "live" support they still have been very reliable and helpful to me and I think your above bolded quote is flat out wrong.

It seems this payout structure cancer after fully infesting ps.eu now started to infest FR-ES-PT market as well. I just drool when I look at party payout structure, its really sad their client is still **** though

edit: they had some 2x between first and second already, but now some BIG tournaments started to have this structure, so I fear soon all tourneys will have this ****

Plenty of options on other sites. I've got about 15% of my volume on PS left now. Slowly chipping away.

Seems like Jaime Staples & Jeff Gross left Stars to be able to play on other sites too. I havent seen them playing on ARC & PartyPoker before. Thats even more advertisement for smaller sites and more pressure on Stars.

anyway, seems like they cut almost non-existent rakeback in more than half. Good thing I left them month ago. Now just still clinging to FR-ES-PT, but guess soon will have to be forced out there too. Sad really, I really liked their software and support.

Another one of their lame excuses where just saying we are raising the rake on MTT players would be better for the vast majority of people capable of reading and comprehending the above statement. I mean, honestly, how does reducing the rakeback for MTT players equate to more time to focus on that other stuff? It's just another slap in the face to a reasonable pool of their customers.

It's also interesting that they are going to implement lower frequency chests with additional value per chest but I'm betting which will probably end up lower value overall. This is probably a good move for them though as their current chest reward system with the low value per chest has been the laughing stalk of the online poker world. At least now they can boast that players are now receiving full dollars+ every now and then in rakeback rather than frequent pennies.

I hoped for that even before the payouts and rake increase .I think somebody must talk to Bill Perky or Laliberte to get some investors and buy this sinking ship before is too late.Nobody nowadays have respect for stars and likes them even the recs ,only thing keeping recs is good looking software tbh.If i show to my friends rec player who dont care about wining too much but anyway party 10k guarantied 3.3 bounty and 3.3 bounty builder 15 k guarantied on stars he will choice on party for sure since payouts are much better and the rake is 130% less.
