u dont have to log in to see the schedule, just open the client.

but the schedule isnt online if that was ur question

can we please please please get rid of this aids payout structure? its making sundays basically unplayable. everything is essentially a PKO now, where a ton of the prizepool is distributed to 20% of the field and 1st is double 2nd.

This is where Stars is at.

The fortunate thing is I don't see how the current management group can really get too much worse and parasite too much more value out of the company so I believe the end for the current ownership is in sight.

Party are closing the support threads on 2+2 at the end of the year so wouldn't surprise me if stars have done the same on the QT. Not that it matters anyway nothing said here has made any difference since the time Bryan was managing this thread.

So they decided to schedule the winter series main event on the same day as day 1 of their biggest live 25k ever. Can't say I'm surprised

lol yeah, pretty big joke. other than medium/high main events, no events that stand out.
Last yr there were 4 events with 750k gtd and 3 with 1m in addition to the 2 med/high main events guaranteeing 1.5m. This year, other than the 2 1.5m gtd main events, there's one other event on the same day guaranteeing 1.25m...and then everything else the whole series is 600k or lower. I re-arranged travel last year to play a lot of winter series - this year I'm already on vacation but likely to skip almost all of this and just hit the beach instead. Sad!

everything over 500 bucks re entry.. be better stars

seems like they just took the hr club and slapped a different name on it during the holidays. Slightly bigger prize pools but nothing grabbing my attention

Exactly what I thought when I saw the schedule.

And only Hold em & Omaha. This schedule looks like "Lets just create some random MTTs and call it Winter Series".

just c/p last year's schedule and structures for winter series pls

all reg speeds were 2 days and the series was a huge succes.

this year im less excited after seeing the structures, looks like they're sped up cuz they only last a day.

2 day events with deep structures is what makes a series special.

also all "late" events are turbos and hypers. waaaay too many.

Hey there no idea if anybody is actually monitoring this thread but there was a French winter series posted in the client a couple days ago and then it disappeared yesterday. Can anybody confirm it’s still happening? Thanks
