This is seriously terrible for the mixed game tournaments. It actually makes a big difference, and so many more will be cancelled now.
You should really change it back, at least for the mixed game tournaments, both the weekly and daily ones. Or some just won't run.
(But it seems like you don't care about mixed games any more, so that would fit.)

Sometimes people say to remove gimmicks, sometimes people want them. We have to mix up our play.
As for 5-Card Draw, we ran it in Turbo Series with the intention of benching it for SCOOP. Its participation last year did not fill us with confidence...
No. You don't have to "mix up your play", that's jokey nonsense. Like you're not going to mix it up by just not having a Main event for example.
As so many people here have already said, it's really bad that you don't have either 2-7 NL Single Draw or 5-card draw high this year. You should at least have one of the two.
Many people love them, especially for SCOOP. It's one of the only two times in the year that people can actually play those games in a proper tournament field. (Seeing as the weekly schedule for those games is also terribly sparse.)
It's really disappointing that you don't communicate or ask the players about them anymore, but you just take them out.
Also ante up has been a COOP staple for a while, it's not as gimmicky as some of the other formats from the past. I still think that should be included also. Arguably moreso than some others.
