Unibet had four separate leaderboards: one for each buy-in level and in addition an overall leaderboard and it worked super well. Can't find a reason why it wouldn't work with SCOOP as well (maybe too many tournaments running simultaneously for overall?).

I feel the energy here, yes leaderboards is extremly important!

I mean this is just wrong having 1k reg speed with a 2k turbo on opening Sunday of HR series. Also how does the 1k have such an insanely nitty guarantee? Come on we don't ask for much, but this is silly...

This was the case for SCOOP until the change last year

Up up goes the rake:

"Starting Monday, March 26, the following changes will be made to our MTT fees:

- Fees are increasing in MTT with a buy-in less than $20

- Fees are decreasing in Time Tourneys, regardless of buy-in"

I am not really shocked by this. Basically they ran out of ideas to diminish edges in these games to keep them in line with other formats.

It is imperative that players do what they can in the short run to support other sites that haven't done this as 1 year from now they all will follow suit if pokerstars' numbers aren't to affected.

Fortunately Party poker has rised from the ashes and is starting to compete in mtts so we as players have options.

does anyone have any actual details ?

I'm guessing $22's gonna be $19.8+$2.2 instead of $20+$2 etc but I wouldn't be surprised if it's even worse lol

Not surprised since other sites aren't even close to challenging PS in any aspects.
Sadly

Well that’s not true, think Party has been making a very solid comeback and in light of these changes I d urge players to go check it out. Software has improved massively and they have a very clean nice mtt offering for all stakes

Fk these greedy tards at Amaya imo

Low stakes MTTs is the only format still beatable for an absurd rate even in 2018, I'm surprised it took them that long to up the rake in them. And let's be real here, not like anyone is going to stop regging the Big 11 because their ROI has gone from 100% to 98%.

This has truth. And pokerstars is banking that players will be short run self serving as collectively we've proven to be.

Might follow up .fr and some other sites and make $18+2. Might be much worse of course... I worry most if they make higher buy-ins and hypers raked 10% next, that would kill advantage.

Same thought about other sites giving no competition against Stars. There's been great chances for them to try but other sites have seemingly no will or knowhow to try and take 1st spot. Especially @ non-hold'em MTT games every other site is virtually ghost town.

Who wouldve thought that after hiding the rake somewhere far down in the structure tab it would be increased so 99% of the <22usd players who don't read the stars blog/2p2 won't notice it.

While I hardly play MTTs <20$ this is what it took for me to stay away from Pokerstars. Hiding the rake is just such a **** move.

Seriously Luke, **** the company you're working for. I'm done.

+1 to everyone looking for an alternative to check out PartyPoker, or also Winamax if you can.

Would you all be rioting this hard if Starbucks raised their price by 10%? Or IKEA? Or any other store? You hold pokerstars to unreasonable expectations. Vote with your wallet but don't take it so personally.

Don't worry. They always complain but still play on stars. Dogs that bark do not bite.

In two weeks nobody cares anymore.
