Lol that picture was the last drop for me, only playing *coops on stars now, thinking about moving all sunday volume to other sites (already moved like 70% volume)

Bye stars, it was a fun ride while it lasted up until last year or whenever the real downfall started

But maaan oh man how i will miss the software though..

I didnt even realise how bad they were till seeing that, jeez.
added a few more sites , had to use a $22 mtt for party tho .

The sad part is that they will probably not change it back until it's too late as their goal right now seems to be to rake those mincashes over and over again.

Ugly shortsightedness which will no doubt backfire as shortsightedness tends to do.

I hope Luke can address this problem because I don't know where to post it.
When I play a cash game and have opened a replay window and the "Seat Available" sign appears, if I close the replay window then that sign will disappear forever. Even if I try to open the replay again - it won't help. From now on you will not be able to see that sign from all the tables you have joined. If I restart the client it will start to work again. Can you guys fix this problem?

Although I agree with you guys on the payout structures in general, I think the way they did it in the 5k main is absolutely fine. 95% of the field is enormously under rolled for it so it being fairly flat can't be a terrible thing for the poker economy.

agree for once a year things that are over most ppls br (eg. do it for the main, not for highrollers) but it just can't be a thing in the daily sched.

Well if ACR didn't have their payout right no one would play there cos the structures for the most part are so awful.

The main paid 278 out of 2183 entries. If they adopted the big payouts they'd pay ~440 players and first would be around 1.2M instead of 1.6. I agree though, if you're going to use this 20% payout it should be twice a year in the huge buyin, not in the low buyin daily.

9th place cashes in almost all Bigs are < 1K, even on Sundays. The Big 11 today pays under 1K for up to 6th place. Ugly.

I think I will now change my game selection on Stars. I will only play satellites and 180/90/45. And of course will increase volume on other sites.

Given that with new payouts money bubble in hots is reached 30 minutes after closure of LR (in bigs just slightly longer) it is very easy to finish in money in them.

Currently you only get 6 buyins for finishing 9th in 600 player field. However, satellite+ITM is something like 10-15 buyins. I don't see why I should grind my usual buy ins.

really liked the low versions of wcoop. good job with this Luke!

whats next? nothing till tcoop?

there should be something. maybe some special week, or events focusing on $2 to $22 during the monster series on party in late october.
maybe with some of the long forgotten good ones, like 2R1A,1R1A,regular speed $3rebuy etc. bring back those for a week and make it a series for autumn. call it flashback smthg or we

Hey everyone,

WCOOP 2017 is in the books! There will be a blog post in the next few days so I don't want to repeat its contents here, but I just wanted to say thank you for continually providing feedback during the Series. It will be immensely helpful when it comes time to plan the next one.

For now, though, we're back to working on the weekly schedule! At the tail end of WCOOP, I spent some time collating feedback from numerous sources spanning the entire year to date. We're now in the process of discussing various changes, which we plan to implement around the end of October.

When the changes are set in stone and a date has been decided, I'll post exhaustive notes outlining the changes and will then answer questions you may have.

Yes let's completely ignore how annoyed everyone here ITT is and give yourself a big pat on the back like you are doing a great job.

Well done!

I like how we have to wait until "changes are set in stone" before we actually get to see them. Here comes the rake increase.
