I'll admit I have never really posted much or have been active on these forums but i've been lurking for years. I just wanted to add that I truly think Pokerstars Luke is not qualified to do the job even though he used to be a high-stakes grinder.

The schedule has gone from bad to worse to basically unplayable now and Luke is basically non-existent and in my eyes his "expertise" (if we even want to call it that) is detrimental to the current schedule and any further scheduling. Sorry, but not sorry, Luke you did a piss poor job since Day 1 you were put into this position and have continued to show us why you shouldn't of been put into the position in the first place.

And don't want anybody thinking I am just bitter, I respect Pokerstars and other reps have always seemed more helpful and kinder. Egotistical maniacs shouldn't be in charge of handling schedule for billion $ companies when clearly they aren't qualified for the job. Look at the SCOOP/WCOOP threads and Bryan is a great example to look to, he is great!

EDIT: Wanted to add one more bit of information. Any major change done to the schedule has come directly as a suggestion from posters on 2+2. I guess my question is to Luke - what exactly do you do at Amaya/Pokerstars? You just tell them suggestions based on comments here? It sure seems that way...

The problem here is pokerstars keep blaming the game dying for a now terrible MTT schedule. Until they admit some kind of responsibility, it won't be fixed. Other sites have their tournaments growing week in week out, while pokerstars continues to destroy a once flourishing mtt schedule .

I think they are doing it on purpose.

Get the tinfoil hats ready but i tend to agree about them killing the mtt schedule on purpose. Guarantees for the bigs and hots are half what they were a year ago. While 888 and partys vanilla mtts are growing. More or less impossible to make that happen through incompetence seems to be a directive to divert all rec pokerstars players to spin and gos and the great game of roulette. VIP status in 2017 is based on your monthly play in the casino pretty clear the way they are going.

I really like that Stars has taken this approach actually, it's so much better to play on party and winamax and I'm enjoying tournaments again immensely. 888 has great structures but terrible software so it's not that great, but still feels okay to play.

Biggers Hotters Luke? just bring back the names pls for sundays, no need to double the gtd, name changes will do the work itself

I'm actually mildly disappointed that someone smarter than me just hasn't written some sort of smart algorithm that updates everything automatically.

Luke, please take a look at structuring MTT payouts to be more similar to how they were on FTP, especially for games <= $55. The $26 ($24+2) games on FTP were some of the best value games because they typically only paid 10 - 13% of the field which meant a lot more money going to the placings at the FT.

The 1st payout structure is much more conducive towards getting players motivated to play.

Luke should reply like 3 times a week, thats the way a conversation bt players and stars will happen and be positive for changes.

lets go back to the old sched (the time when there was 27pko turbo 15min after b22) with old gtds and old structures (3k in 320ko , 3k in bigs) and it will blow up again. I used to play everything on stars , now I only have the Special tab opened with all the reds , pls rewind back the good days

bring back the hot 16.50 with 80k gtd on sundays
bring back 27 $ turbo prog ko with 60k gtd on sundays
bring back good guarntees
make poker great again

Weekdays are legit stone dead, and sundays are basicly what the ordinary days used to be. No matter what the intentions were this is just such a massive failure for both parts, things are heading south and they are basicly pretending like it's raining meanwhilst making it even worse.

Doing the same thing. There is no regular schedule anymore with freezouts and the few left changed to bubble rush, win the button and hypers.
