I'd be totally fine with 1x re-entry, but 3x is a really bad idea. Considering they want regs to make less money, doing this is going to cost them probably ~$1million in equity that regs are going to win and cash out that they wouldn't have gotten otherwise.

Yes please! There used to be on at 19:00 ET for 0.55. I forget what happened to it, if it was changed to a turbo or if it was moved and the buy-in changed. Regardless, I haven't played it since the change. Would love another MTT <= $1 (I know Uhrenknecht said strictly <) between 19:00 and 22:00 ET (the one at 20:45 plays too fast after a few levels).

The 10 million guarantee is still feasible as a freeze out. As more rec players give up on poker it becomes more and more difficult but this target is still reachable.

Making it 3x actually goes against Stars' new philosophy of protecting the recs. A rec player who wins a seat via a $1 dollar satellite isn't going to re-enter. A pro player will. So now it's up to3 times more likely that a pro will win/cash.

The plus side for Stars is satellites. They won't have to run as many and $T grinders won't be able to win as much.

In balance they should have gone with a freeze out or raised the buy in to $530 to make it a freeze out. Although I don't know what the concern about overlay is.

They'd have just made the satellites giving out 10M$ SM Tickets instead of T$ and refuse people who have a ticket in their balance to enter.

3x reentry is a joke and will probably result in a 20M prize pool and at least 8 regs at the final table

No more than 1 re-entry on the Sunday 10 Mill. Having 3 is a big mistake and too advantageous to regs. A single re entry will be taken by all but the lowest of sat qualifiers and is much more reasonable if you want re-entries at all.

Please reconsider.

pulling a number out of my backside, I'd set the line on % of players that take at least one re-entry at around 15. It'll be interesting to see how far wrong I am!

What kind of satellite's can we expect to see focused on the most into the target event?......

One reentry would have been more than bad enough and you know it's reaching 10M that way... Why would you ever, ever make it 3x? Especially since at the start of this thread you clearly stated that you wanted to cater towards recs and lower stakes more; well this is one of the very few SM's that a large group of recs will play during the year and you just totally screwed them on it.

Could you elaborate why you've promptly made this 3x-reentry? Bc I like to get wined and dined before I get fckd

The only reason I can think of, is that they are using this SM to test reentrys on it.
