I have played this tourney a couple of sundays,even though its a little bit big for my bankroll. Whats fine with these tourneys is that you dont necesserly have to take rebuy or addon- you can just take a 1 bullet chance if you want that.


If you see how well the Bigger 22 performs and the 8,80 cubed sunday edition- i think the 22 cubed sunday edition could be alot bigger than it is.

the in sunday rebuy was the outstanding performer of the quartet of mini's. please add it in.

Appreciate them being added of course but who sets these GTDs? $30k gtd for the kickoff in off peak time and $50k for the milly smack in peak time with a double buyin? Id bet the milly crushes 250k PP. Oh and +1 for the rebuy and warmup editions of course.

Of course its a massive step in the right direction im just curious what the thought process is for setting those 2 particular guarantees.

Just a quick update this week. My primary focus at the moment is working on the new schedule. Consider the minis an olive branch for my lack of posts.

Both of their structures were changed from 15 minute levels to 12. Late registration was also lowered from 180 minutes to 150. The guarantees were set conservatively for the first two weeks. I'm sure they'll be increased in due time.

this used to be the must play tournament daily and on sundays even better now i dont even play it at all ever, durin series or anything its the most withered mtt on the daytime sched

the mini rebuy was a ray of light. i can count you 100+ seperate posts of people asking for a good low stake rebuy mtt on sunday the mini sun rebuy had $30k uptop, do you realise the excitement for regs and recs alike this brings a investment of $11-$55 could get you $30k , then you took it away even though it crushed guarantee and everyone wants it there EVERYONE lol please add it back in and or make the 22c a rebuy on suday and u can put a mediocre gurantee on it but make it red or special and watch it take off, the mini sun rebuy was the goat imho just add that in as a sunday mtt the people want it, why as a company you wouldnt do something that people want and WILL make you profit is beyond me

Luke please make the 109 rebuy start 30 minutes after the Big 109. It will attract more players as some people don't start their grind early enough to reg that tournament on a regular basis. Would also suggest starting the 11 rebuy earlier as of now I feel like it runs pretty late and isn't an attractive option for many to register at that time.

So what your basically saying is ~every tournament should start at the same time?

while i do normally agree with you on this topic (think most ppl are wayyy over the top wrt bitching about a lot of 'timing' issues), in the case of the 109rebuy, when literally about 0.1% (or less!) of the population that regularly logs in would ever think about playing said tournament, you do kind of need to work that tournament around said target audience's want, and it would definitely do better, imo, in that timeslot around the 320 6max.

Not saying it should go there, just that I think in the case of a specific, high stakes tournament such as this, the argument is valid

haha yea I think he's right that the 109r can really only run at peak hours and should get moved but it's just funny that he also wanted to move 11r back to the same time.

There's a real sense of 'everything should be scheduled around the few hours I want to play' in this thread among hs regs. Stars doesn't owe us anything (in regard to what games it runs).

On that note, Luke, do you plan on trialing a different blind structure for the S500 anytime soon? Think most ppl really agree the tournament takes INF time and is skipped by a lot of players solely do to this reason.

Luke can you please make the 215 Weekly HU a daily tournament, or at least move it to Monday or Friday. It's really impossible to play it on a Sunday.

also maybe improve the structure, give it a 10k start stack at 25/50, make it new and exciting. I can see the 1500 start stack turning some people off.

If you move 109R to 19:30 then its kind of overloaded with 320 etc?

I agree with a timeslot move though, possibly an idea would be while changing the 19-20 CET schedule put the 320 6max @ 19:45CET and the 109R@ 19:15CET
