So for 2016, if they don't throw a massive curveball and go with the norm it's going to be May 8th to May 22nd as was in 2011.

There is also the potential of it being May 1st to May 15th but if they didn't do that in 2011 why would they go and do it now?

Yeah definitely this, non-peak players get the wed 320 and the pacific rim, and that's it - all week. Not to mention getting largely/totally overlooked in the series etc

Expected field size + rake + expected toughness, I'd skip a 700 if it was a turbo and play a reg speed. I think there are enough people w the same approach that turbo wouldn't do that well. Maybe the ultra deep scoop structure or something with more like 25bb avg than 12bbs would work.


Personally am banking on it being 8-22 or I'm going to miss >half of it. I'd say it's >95% to be those dates tho.

The issue with Bounty Builders was caused by filters. They were showing up as satellites for many players and thus weren't visible.

The Mini-Majors used milestone functionality which did not label them as satellites in the lobby.

Regardless, I think the 900,000+ emails had a lot to do with it as well.
definitely helped with the huge massive turnout.... Do you not think tho that even without those emails.....that the 180k players logged in on sunday will register to these awesome structured mtts??? put them in for 1 sunday...we are happy as a community ......and yur boss sees that u have generated more rake / income for the company...its a win win situation.couldnt hurt
these mtts already exist in yur servers no costs to develop them just pop them in next sunday....like someone mentioned before no need to even put guarantee on them just label them mini wu/milly...ect.


The main schedule reformat that I'm currently planning will give micro-stakes players a better schedule.

-5 k start stack in the bigs/hots
-5.50-7.50$ micro major on sundays
-id like to see the .55 bband 1.10bb change 1 with the 5.5bb or 7.5bb so not back to back same stakes
*lame that micro hots nothing during peak et only 11-16-55....swtich hot 3 from am to afternoon 16.50
-add more of the hyper pskos5.10...only 1 on the schedule ...change few of the back to back ones early in eastern time
-I would like to see the sn/sne rec their bonus that they worked for
-if yur not gonna give vip rewards to higher stakes at least lower the rake
-I would like to see some more communicatin in some of the other threads

yeah sorry in my head i imagined it being an ultra deep stack turbo. but i have no issue with it just being a freezeout..was just a thought..i just think 700 buyin is a good buyin that would be nice addition to the schedule.

People are literally begging for more high stakes touranments...and yes even on sundays..If the data suggests hs tournament schedule is sufficient, then I find it ironic that 888 just did record numbers right after they have added a ton of hs to the schedule and during an xl series that is focused on mid and high stakes. and they did these numbers during a sunday where stars takes most of the traffic..fix tue and thursdays before someone else listening does..

What happened to the "gtd grows every time it is reached"-idea?

omg tuesday actually felt alive today...and not just cuz of tcoop. 888 stepped up nicely and had 3 majors today as part of the xl series plus their regular tournaments..i had the most tables from 888 up at once in my life including a 1500 dollar tournament. all of the tournaments seemed to crush teh gtds too.

and what did 888 have today?

a 1500 300k gtd
a 215 60k gtd that is over 120k
a 162 that smashed its gtd
other 162's and 109's

with the exception of the 1500, stars could easily add all of these to tuesdays with no problem and watch tuesday explode.

omg tuesday has had a buzz that it hasn't had in a looonnng time. hopefully stars really looks at today's data and starts adding some of the things we've been asking for for quite some time. i don't need some secret data no one is willing to share that i have to trust you have interpreted correctly. and much like all the credit is given to the 900k emails, pretty sure tcoop is going to get all the credit even tho most of the events today outside of the 700 were meh and didn't kick in until later in the day when 888 has been hopping since this morning.

demand is there..this is not just a tcoop affect even tho it definitely helped. this is players both rec and reg looking at a schedule and saying holy shyt..this is something i can get excited about..lets chase dreams today..

if stars won't be receptive maybe we can get 888 to make these tournaments more permanent. as stated before, i'd rather just click on stars, but the tournament selection 888 had today helped to really fill out the schedule we've been begging for.

edit: 888 1500 300k gtd now over 450k gtd...a 1500 buy in exceeding expectations by over 50%..players are screaming..will our voices be heard?

Without checking, I'm sure that would coincide with the EPT Grand final in Monte Carlo. Would they really run a series with 3 different buyin levels whilst a high percentage of the SCOOP high game players are in Monte Carlo.

30 seconds timebank is fine, but the 15 second banks in all x2 turbo mtts and mtt sats needs changing to 30 second banks

I'd vote in favour of a timebank increase post-addon in any 2x and 3x turbos that aren't satelites. Pre-addon (and approaching a satelite bubble) the timebank is just a stalling tool.

I agree. The time bank should even be reduced to 5 seconds within 5 minutes of the add-on and on the bubble.

but I time them out all the time and post-addon I usually bust before caring about timebanks
